At first, Elysa was a daughter of simple alchemists. When he began to help his parents with their work, they both realized that something in his influence changed the results of the potions created. Unable to explain the reason for this phenomenon, Elysa was taken by her parents to the castle tower, to consult the king's wizard advisor about this "curse".
The wizard then realized that Elysa had latent arcane potential, and decided to accept her as his apprentice. Time passed and Elysa delved deeper into studies about the arcane web and had an interesting discovery. There was something that was diminishing the magic of the world, as if removing the origin of the magical powers of reality.
To find out what was causing this phenomenon, and with her mentor's consent, the new mage set out to explore the world, conducting her field experiment. In this life she made friends and joined a group of adventurers who also began to investigate the phenomenon, which they dubbed the cataclysm.
Years passed, the adventurers gained fame and renown, and they decided to try to prevent this event.
However, the worst happened. When the group tried to confront the Devourer of Deities (which was causing this phenomenon), they were mercilessly destroyed. One by one, Elysa watched as her friends, her new family, were killed before her eyes. They managed in the end to kill the Devourer of Divinities, but Elysa was the only survivor. Furthermore, the group's actions were too late, a global-scale disaster was beginning.
Faced with this, Elysa changed her focus. From that moment on, in honor of her friends, she decided to dedicate her life to alleviating the effects of the disaster.
